I contacted Cellutions about getting the acreen on my Garmin Fenix 6 replaced. Chad responded within a few minutes of my request and confirmed he could do the repair.
Chad provided me with a shipping label to send in my watch. After having issues with UPS, I requested that Chad ship my watch back to me through Canada Post ExpressPost to avoid a week and a half delay. He was more than willing to change the shipper to that of my preference. Chad let me know the moment my watch arrived and repaired it the same day. He was able to get it to the Post Office the same day, and I received the watch within Canada Posts timeline.

Chad sent me a digital invoice with a number to reference the EMT. This was especially important for risk management.

The customer service solutions offered by Cellutions is next level. Chad stayed in regular contact with me throughout the repair and provided excellent customer service.

I have and will continue to recommend Cellutions for wearabke tech screen replacements. The company is flexible and prioritizes the needs of the customer first.

It was great to be able to speak to Chad right away. He had my phone repaired as soon as the parts came in. I also appreciated receiving status reports along the way. I feel very fortunate I found Cellutions and I highly recommend their service.

Great and friendly service. Fixed my laptop and the touchscreen perfectly
