From online inquiry through repair to pickup with Chad, it was at most 48 hours, and what other repair places told me was impossible, impractical or uneconomical, he proved precisely the opposite, fixing a high end portable Denon speaker that we didn't want to just write off and send to the scrap heap. After having issues with UPS, I requested that Chad ship my watch back to me through Canada Post ExpressPost to avoid a week and a half delay. He was able to get it to the Post Office the same day, and I received the watch within Canada Posts timeline.
